Inspiring My Generation is proud to introduce the "You Are Not Alone" Group, a FREE weekly virtual support group designed for teens and young adults aged 15-29.

Why Join?

• Pay What You Can: The group is free to attend, but donations are appreciated to help expand our offerings.

• Not Therapy: This group does not replace professional mental health services but provides a supportive environment to talk and listen.

• Confidentiality Matters: An honor clause ensures a safe, respectful space where disclosures remain private.

• Age-Specific Focus: Exclusively for ages 15-29 to address the unique challenges of transitional life stages.
